The Blue Line Wives Memorial Scholarship Program provides a scholarship every year to a graduating high school senior who is a child of a currently serving or retired law enforcement officer or a child of a fallen officer. The Blue Line Wives also provides a scholarship each year to a graduating high school senior who will be pursuing a degree in a law enforcement related field. These scholarships are available to students who reside in the Bay Area or the Central Valley of California.
These scholarships are awarded on behalf of various donors in honor of an officer or department of their choosing.

Applicants must be a current graduating high school student who will be enrolled on a full-time basis in a college or university in the fall of the same graduating year. All applicants must demonstrate a desire to study in the areas of law enforcement, criminal justice, forensic science or other related field, or must be a child of a current or retired law enforcement officer or a child of a fallen officer.
Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher with a demonstrated record of good attendance, involvement in extracurricular activities as well as community service projects. Two letters of recommendation from a teacher and a professional mentor or leader are also required.
Recipients are selected through an established process and decided by the members of the Blue Line Wives Scholarship Committee.
